Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable up to 7 days before date of arrival. Cancellations made within 3 before date of arrival will incur a charge of the full booking fee.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled within 72 hours of date of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

The Forest suite only. All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 18 years are charged GBP 10 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.
